Justin Henderson - Chief Executive Officer

 

Justin grew up in a small village south of Pittsburgh, PA. Growing up in a small community helped establish his work ethic and sense of giving oneself to your community. With the military in his bloodline, tracing back generations, he joined the Marine Corps Reserves after high school. He spent six years in the U.S. Marines Corps Reserves as a Motor Transport Operator and Automatic Rifleman. While in the Reserves, he earned his Economics degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Justin has spent the last 18 years helping corporate hiring authorities better understand how to evaluate and attract military-experienced talent. He helps both veteran job seekers and those looking to hire veteran talent to understand how current economic markets are impacting those goals. He is the host of ‘The Veteran Hiring Show’ and a LinkedIn top voice on salary negotiations. You may have seen him appear on local and national media as a veteran hiring subject matter expert across the country. 

He resides outside of Boston, MA with his wife, three children, two dogs, one snake, and a fish or two.

Bobby Esposo - Chief Recruitment Officer

Bobby is an accomplished former Air Force Medical Service Corps Officer with eight years of dedicated active-duty service, complemented by a distinguished nine-year career in medical device manufacturing. He brings eight years of veteran recruiting and placement experience to his role. His diverse background encompasses military leadership, healthcare expertise, and robust corporate experience, uniquely positioning him for connecting talent with opportunities and driving organizational success.

Bobby’s military service has provided a deep understanding of management, leadership, and teamwork. And enables him to identify and recognize the unique skills and attributes of veteran candidates.

During his tenure in medical device manufacturing, he gained a comprehensive understanding of process improvement. This experience further enhances his problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking, essential skills for successful talent acquisition.

 

Bobby’s areas of expertise include veteran recruiting, client relationship management, and achieving exceptional recruitment outcomes, reinforcing his commitment to connecting military professionals with meaningful employment.

 

He resides in Chesapeake, VA with his wife and three children.

Devra Henderson - Chief Operating Officer

Devra is the daughter and granddaughter of U.S. Army veterans and married to a Marine. She’s spent the last two decades in national corporate communications and operations.


For the last seven years, she ran her own communications firm helping those in the veteran recruiting space. In that work, she found her passion for helping organizations understand the value of military talent. Devra’s areas of expertise include: internal communications, change management, storytelling, media training, national media, strategic communications, c-suite communications, brand building, and social media amplification.

When she’s not helping to connect hiring authorities with veteran talent you can find Devra playing pickleball, kickball, traveling, driving children to sports activities, or chasing after her husband, one of her three children, or two dogs.
